Our ability to provide garment decoration is built upon many years of experience, a great team, and great equipment. Here you can find information relating to how our decoration process is carried out and what that means to you as a customer. Our online shop will allow you to browse in a way that helps you select the products you desire as well as the convenience of an easy to manage digitising service for your logos and company image.
The cost to embroider is based upon the number of stitches within a piece. When moving through the online process our shop will assume you require the standard 8,000 stitches and create a cost relating to this. Once you have uploaded your artwork we will perform a check to determine if your thread count exceeds 8,000 stitches. If your garment does require more stitches, we will place it in a large or x-large category. We will inform you of this additional cost before we proceed with your order.
In almost all cases, any requests from customers are below 8,000 stitches and will therefore be charged at the standard rate. Firstly we must convert your logo into an embroidery file. This is also known as digitising. This file informs the machine where to stitch, what thread to use, the stitch type, and the stitch angle. This process is both time consuming and technical. Therefore, we charge a one-time setup fee of £10.00 + VAT. This charge is only required on the first order. Once setup, it can then be used for any repeat orders without a setup charge.
You can add text in a variety of fonts and colours as well as upload your own logo. The design you choose can then be printed or embroidered, depending on the suitability of the garment. The customisation process will let you know which processes are available on a particular product. You can also choose to view this on the product page. It shows prices for printing and embroidery next to the plain garment for the methods available.
Firstly, add all of the products you require to your basket then proceed to checkout. On the basket page, click the large orange button labelled ‘Customise your items’. If you would like to add a logo, click on the ‘Upload Logo’ tab. If you would prefer to add your own text to your garments, select the ‘Add Text’ tab.
There is no setup charge for text in our standard fonts. If you require a custom font then we will charge an initial one time set up cost. You will not have to pay this on any repeat orders. We will send you a PDF approval page. It will show your text exactly as it will be placed upon the garment and the exact stitch count for you to approve before we proceed.
By uploading a logo, you are explicitly telling us that you have permission to use it. Please do not upload images that you do not have permission to use.
