A set up fee for embroidery is a process that involves us setting up our machines so that we can perform the required work to create your clothing. The process involves taking your JPEG, PNG, or PDF and converting it into a file that informs our embroidery machine. This is performed once, after which it can then be used repeatedly with no further set up charges.

You have 72 hrs to cancel your order from the moment of ordering and once the order has been confirmed by us.

Items cannot be returned if they have been personised, unless faulty and by agreement. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss your situation. Also, please view our returns policy for more information.

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping and we will provide a full refund. Any items that are cancelled after we have shipped your order will need to be returned to us at your expense before we can refund the full value of the items (but not the postage). Returned items must be sent back unused in their original condition. You can cancel your order under certain conditions, please read our Delivery and Returns Policy to find out more.

  1. Contact us by calling 01579 345562 or by email to customersupport@bs-embroidery.com.
  2. You need to return this with your garments for them to be processed efficiently, along with the delivery note. Returns at BS Embroidery Plus, 1 Quimplerle Way, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 3US.
  3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging.
  4. Then leave it to us. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.

UK & Ireland delivery prices are as follows:

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £99
  • £8.95 charge for orders under £99
  • To our local customers, feel free to collect your order directly from us or the Plymouth shop

These prices exclude the Scottish Highlands, Southern Ireland the Chanel Islands/Isle of Man and IOS. In these areas, the total delivery charge is £20 and delivery may take 2/4 business days.

Our standard delivery services will aim to provide you your goods within 10 working days. During busy periods we will notify you of any delays in delivery times before work is started on the order.

The majority of non-personalised garments can be dispatched from us for next day delivery. However, for some brands this can take up to 3-5 working days.
